Here is the map to our restaurant, in PDF format.

From I-5 Northbound take Mercer Street Exit (a left lane exit).
From I-5 Southbound take Mercer Street Exit (a right lane exit).

  • Get in right hand lane and turn RIGHT onto Fairview Ave. N. (follow Seattle Center signs).
  • Turn LEFT at the next stop light, Valley Street and stay in the far right hand lane.
  • At the next light turn RIGHT onto Westlake Ave. N.
  • Follow along Westlake until the next stop light which is Highland Drive and turn RIGHT into the upper parking area along Westlake or drive directly down the ramp in to the lower paid parking lot.

Parking Info

Option #1: Paid Parking Lot

At the bottom of the ramp in the lower paid parking lot, there is ample parking for a minimal fee. This lot is directly in front of the restaurant along the waterfront. McCormick & Schmick's does not operate this lot but discounted parking rates are offered to our guests:

Hosted Parking $3.00 a car
or
Indiv. Pay on Own – No Host Parking $3.00 a car

Hosted Parking:
If you choose to host parking for your guests, $3.00 per car will be charged to your banquet bill and your guests will receive a parking sticker to place on their parking ticket and will not have to pay at the parking booth when they leave.

No Host Parking:
If your guests pay on their own for parking, they will receive a stamp on their parking ticket with the discounted rate and they will pay the attendant at the parking booth when they leave.

Option #2: Westlake Ave Parking

All along Westlake Ave there is metered and complimentary street parking.
